Job Description:

As an Operational Maintenance Planner, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance tasks to the highest standards of quality and professionalism. The role involves detailed planning, monitoring, and administering of maintenance requirements for TUI Group aircraft while addressing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, control, and administer all line maintenance requirements for TUI Group aircraft
  • coordinate unscheduled maintenance during line operations
  • monitor and manage scheduled component replacements
  • negotiate with Line/Base Maintenance and Engineering Planning teams
  • review and plan defect rectifications across our fleet
  • maintain accurate aircraft management systems
  • create and distribute Work Packages
  • define line maintenance night-stop plans across our network
  • provide vital telephone support to airline staff, engineers, and maintenance providers
  • balance maintenance requirements with operational flying programs

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of airline operations planning processes
