Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the future growth of the business, reporting directly to the Build Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work alongside the Build and Field teams to coordinate rollout of ultrafast infrastructure
  • Administer Notice of Intents (NOI’s) in liaison with the planners,surveyors and build team
  • Track all Network Adjustments (NAs)
  • Work with the build teams both sub contractor and direct labour to ensure A55’s are raised correctly and escalated correctly into Openreach
  • Report against Openreach performance on all NA’s driving through to build complete submission to gain access the Fund as managed by Openreach
  • Report against POs and invoices for NAs payments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a coordinator role with evidence of understanding the requirements to work for a Utility business with Code Powers
  • Strong fibre delivery understanding (advantageous)
  • Have direct experience/ exposure in a telecoms or a utilities based business
  • Have a working knowledge of the requirements in the Openreach PIA process
