Job Description:

Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Service Technician to join the Unox Service Team. The person in this role will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer locations throughout the Netherlands.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while traveling across the Netherlands
  • Oversee all aspects of installation, repair, maintenance, and functionality testing of Unox equipment
  • Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions
  • Train customers on the correct use and operation of Unox equipment
  • Prepare detailed and complete service reports after each visit

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Dutch is required
  • knowledge of English will be an additional advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to challenges
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the electromechanical industry
  • Willingness to travel across the Netherlands (up to 80% of working time)
