Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and curious professional to join our Payments Operations team in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to grow in the fast-moving world of digital payments and onsite payments, working hands-on with payment processes across multiple markets. We value strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, project management, organization, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and tech teams.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze and optimize payment processes to enhance efficiency and user experience
Monitor and report on payment performance KPIs across different markets, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Review, negotiate, and manage contracts related to payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, and other payment partners
Lead the onboarding of new payment methods and providers, coordinating with product and tech teams for seamless integration

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
0-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related) is a plus
Knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of English

SQL and data visualization
