Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and curious professional to join our Payments Operations team in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to grow in the fast-moving world of digital payments and onsite payments, working hands-on with payment processes across multiple markets. We value strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, project management, organization, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and tech teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze and optimize payment processes to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Monitor and report on payment performance KPIs across different markets, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Review, negotiate, and manage contracts related to payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, and other payment partners
  • Lead the onboarding of new payment methods and providers, coordinating with product and tech teams for seamless integration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related) is a plus
  • Knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of English
