Job Description:

We are looking for an Onsite Operations Specialist who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds a way to get things done. As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our events run smoothly from planning to closure, leading a team and making sure that every operational detail is under control.

Job Responsibility:

Designing and coordinating the operational plan for events
leading onsite execution
supervising the event closure process including reconciliations, incident reporting, and improvement feedback

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
at least +1/2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
ability to embrace and create change in a fast-growing company
proficiency in Spanish and English
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
strong analytical mind
