Job Description:

Onsite Operations Specialist role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The role involves improving efficiency, working on company-wide projects, leading analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to help Fever grow and maintain a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in different company-wide projects focused on improving a specific area of the business
Lead projects with the support of senior members of your team, ensuring they reach defined goals, objectives, and timelines
Lead necessary analysis for the completion of multiple projects, identifying the best solutions in each scenario
Identify areas of improvement and work on the continuous improvement strategy across all areas of the business
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables

Requirements:

1-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
Fluent in English
Experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
