Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Onsite Chart Retrieval Specialist to join our team in Gardena, California. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting healthcare operations by retrieving and organizing patient charts efficiently and accurately. This is a long-term contract opportunity suited for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for contributing to quality healthcare services.

Job Responsibility:

Retrieve medical charts and records from various sources in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all retrieved patient information
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to verify and validate documentation requirements
Utilize video tools and other technologies to facilitate the retrieval process when necessary
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including those related to TRICARE and HealthCare.gov
Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless operations and data sharing
Implement and refine processes for chart retrieval using R code and other technical tools as needed
Monitor and report on retrieval progress to ensure deadlines are consistently met
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Assist in maintaining a secure and organized database of retrieved records

Requirements:

Proven experience in medical chart retrieval or a related healthcare role
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including TRICARE and HealthCare.gov
Proficiency in using video tools and other technology to support remote operations
Basic understanding of R code and its application in data processes
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to collaborate with offshore teams and manage cross-functional communication
Excellent problem-solving and reporting abilities
Commitment to maintaining compliance with healthcare industry standards
