Onboarding Administrator. Are you ready to play a key role in supporting Vital Energi’s exciting growth strategy? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused Onboarding Administrator to join our growing People team at our Head Office in Blackburn. You’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new starters across the business. Working closely with our HR Managers and HR Advisors, you’ll help ensure our People function runs efficiently and continues to provide a high-quality service whilst supporting the People Team with day-to-day administration.
Job Responsibility:
Provide accurate HR administrative support to the department and Company on a daily basis
Be the first point of contact for all HR-admin related queries
Update and co-ordinate payroll administration
responsible for submitting all changes of terms and conditions, new starters, leavers etc to the Payroll Department on a monthly basis
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
Orchestrate all HR inductions for new starters
from ordering equipment through to organising/ co-ordinating the employment induction
Maintain absenteeism and holiday reporting/ statistics
Sending out all correspondence for probationary period reviews including reminders, invitations and revised terms and conditions
Undertake and maintain all filing for the department to a satisfactory standard
Assisting with general HR administration duties that fall within department’s remit as directed by the HR team
Acquire a basic understanding of the training administration processes and procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR administration, or onboarding, pre- employment
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy, fast-paced environment
A proactive team player with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others
5 GCSE’s Grade C and above
3 A Level’s Grade C and above
