We have an exciting role here at JMC Aviation! We are now seeking an on-site Account Coordinator to join our growing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct JMC contractor/Global Engineering Workforce (GEW) inductions ( Site specific )
  • Running through GEW Induction Checklist ( See Form )
  • Organise contractor security and identification passes
  • Manage the attendance of all JMC contractor/ GEW personnel in conjunction with client resource co-ordinator
  • Monitor GEW Annual leave requests, sickness and unauthorised absences on Breathe, this will including performing return to work forms
  • Liaise with client resource co-ordinator regarding manpower requirements and related issues
  • Responsible for distribution of JMC work wear and ensuring that competitor clothing is not worn ( Contractor & GEW )
  • Help with contractor/ GEW queries that are raised
  • Ensure company compliancy is enforced in conjunction with JMC Administration Team
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client resource co-ordinator to manage any contractor requirements
  • Liaise with resource co-ordinator to manage new starters into the facility
  • Maintain appropriate client paperwork with reference to the control of tooling
  • Processing timesheets
  • Keeping GEW Weekly Registers/ Staff Lists
  • Monthly checks of JMC GEW Tool Boxes and add the ELMS, these will need to be kept up to date at all times
  • Monitor the GEW’s uploading of Tasks on a daily/ weekly basis
  • Conducting JMC Worker Performance Assessments on GEW’s ( monthly/ 3 monthly ) and uploading these to ELMS, these will need to be kept up to date at all times
  • Arranging Accomodation for GEW’s
  • Meeting GEW’s when they arrive in Country/ take them to accomodation
  • Assist the Recruitment Team in recruitment on down time
  • Learn and adhere to JMC UKVI processes/ GEW Manager Handbook
  • Perform Right to Work Checks
  • Conduct GEW Exit Interviews
  • Other duties as directed by Line Manager
  • Adhere to company policies, systems, procedures and codes of practice to which the company subscribes
  • Ensure company compliance procedures are adhered to
