Job Description:

As a Loss Prevention Officer at JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Polanco, you will oversee property safety, assist guests, and maintain a standard of security in alignment with company policies. This role involves monitoring CCTV systems, responding to incidents, and maintaining operational harmony.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol all areas of the property
assist guests with room access
monitor alarms and safety systems
conduct daily hazard inspections
respond to emergencies
defuse guest/employee disturbances
complete incident reports and summaries
ensure confidentiality of information
conduct investigations and gather evidence
comply with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
ability to move, lift, carry objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
clear and professional verbal and written communication
ability to handle disturbances, emergencies, and conduct incident investigations.

Nice to have:

Positive working relationships
familiarity with safety systems such as Closed Circuit Televisions and alarms.
