Job Responsibility:
Manage reprographics and mail services, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
utilize logs and job tickets to track and prioritize office service requests
perform quality assurance checks on completed work to maintain high standards
troubleshoot basic equipment issues and ensure machines are stocked with necessary supplies
communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to address job or deadline-related concerns
handle sensitive and confidential documents with discretion and professionalism
maintain organization and attention to detail while working on multiple tasks
collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction
lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as required
adhere to established procedures and company policies while completing office services tasks
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
at least one year of office services experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate setting
proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with back-office procedures
strong customer service skills to build and maintain positive relationships
excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
ability to work independently and make decisions aligned with business needs
calm and composed demeanor under pressure, with effective communication skills
capability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate within diverse teams
