Job Description:

Office & Planning Manager role in a manufacturing environment with friendly, team-oriented culture. Responsible for overseeing daily management of sales orders, planning, and production in a fast-paced atmosphere dedicated to excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily management of sales orders, planning, and production
  • Monitor performance and provide support to production staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with company regulations
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
  • Provide daily/weekly financial and productivity reports to the Business Manager
  • Manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines efficiently
  • Determine material, equipment, and labour requirements
  • Order consumables and maintain strict stock control
  • Resolve production issues swiftly to minimise disruptions
  • Oversee quality control, ensuring product standards are consistently met
  • Liaise with Account Managers & Sales Teams to advise on order status and product delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong customer service skills with professional and approachable demeanour
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience in Print or Packaging beneficial
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in high-pressure environment
