ESG/Sustainability Compliance: Ensure all operations align with the company's sustainability policies
Travel & Events Coordination: organise team lunches and manage the kitchen area to promote a pleasant workplace environment
General Administrative Support: Provide assistance to the team to ensure a smooth workflow
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Office Manager in a managed office setting
Strong knowledge of health and safety standards
A proactive approach to office operations and facility management
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
