Office Angels are currently recruiting for a confident Office Manager to join a busy and welcoming team based in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day office operations and provide essential support across multiple departments.
Job Responsibility:
Managing general office upkeep and coordinating maintenance across multiple locations
Supporting health, safety, and compliance procedures (including first aid and fire safety)
Providing admin support such as document formatting, proofreading, and general correspondence
Assisting with internal process improvements and cross-departmental projects
Supporting financial tasks, including invoice approval and purchase ledger assistance
Overseeing office supplies, including stationery and kitchen resources
Acting as a key point of contact for phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries
Ensuring the office remains a professional, client-ready environment at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive and flexible approach
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Knowledge of Health & Safety is beneficial (training can be provided)
