Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and create a seamless, efficient, and positive environment for our team. As the backbone of our office, you’ll ensure all administrative and operational tasks are handled effectively while contributing to a thriving workplace culture.
Job Responsibility:
Manage overall office operations, including supply inventory, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships
Supervise, mentor, and support administrative staff and interns, fostering a collaborative team environment
Oversee scheduling, meetings, and correspondence to optimize time management for leadership staff
Act as a liaison between employees, clients, and external partners to maintain strong and effective communication channels
Create, monitor, and manage budgets for office expenses and operational costs
Implement and enforce office protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support team projects by coordinating resources and ensuring deadlines are met
Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and office workflows
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Lead, or a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset
Ability to anticipate problems and develop creative solutions
Knowledge of [specific software/tools used by your organization, if applicable]
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field preferred (but not required)
