Office Manager with HR & Operations Focus for a leading international engineering consultancy. This is a hands-on role where strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee HR operations including onboarding, probation reviews, and performance support
Handle employee relations queries and escalate where necessary
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UK employment law
Contribute to HR policy development and people-focused projects
Manage the smooth running of the London office
Coordinate office logistics and occasional travel arrangements

Requirements:
Solid HR experience with good knowledge of UK employment law
Strong administrative and organisational skills
