Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique tax law firm located in Schaumburg, IL who is seeking to hire an Office Manager with at least 5+ years of experience to join their team. The chosen candidate will be filling in for a retiring office manager within the CPA firm. As an Office Manager, you will be expected to manage administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the office. In addition, this position will manage the staff and directly support the managing partner.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee general office operations and maintain office equipment
Coordinate appointments and meetings and manage attorney calendar
Implement, monitor, and update office policies and procedures
Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers
Manage filing systems and databases, and ensure they are updated and accurate
Manage internal staff relations
Prepare letters, memos, and other legal documents
Answer emails and draft correspondence
Make travel arrangements
Prepare expense reimbursement documentation and enter attorney time
Manage bi-monthly billing using TimeSlips
Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites for the creation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
