We are seeking a highly organized, reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator (we can be flexible in days/hours) to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to the office staff. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Job Responsibility:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Work with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office meetings
provide support to the sales team as needed
Light Bookkeeping
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
Excellent front desk and customer service skills
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail
Experience in vendor management and procurement processes
Proficient in calendar management software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook)
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Nice to have:
QuickBooks experience
Knowledge of payroll processing procedures
Work with Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat to modify layout pictures and overlay vending machines pictures in photos taken by the salespeople
