Job Description:

Office Administrator role for a property company in Bathgate, providing comprehensive administrative support and being the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as the friendly first point of contact - handling calls, emails, and walk-ins
Welcoming clients and visitors
Providing admin support across all areas of the business
Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
Staying on top of inboxes and responding to queries
Scanning, filing, and keeping documents organised
Assisting with the creation of marketing materials using Canva and Microsoft Office
Encouraging client engagement and requesting reviews
Supporting diary management and helping coordinate meetings
Occasionally assisting with property viewings
Helping with petty cash and basic financial admin tasks
Keeping up to date with industry news
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Updating internal systems and databases

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and (ideally) Canva
Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

Experience with Canva
Knowledge of property industry
