Job Responsibility:
Timely data entry of daily customer order information
Regular use of the MYOB platform to perform your tasks
Handle incoming phone and email enquiries regarding orders and deliveries
Arrange and dispatch shipping couriers as needed
Requirements:
Extensive experience in the use of MYOB systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, especially Outlook
Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking ability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers
Ability to work collaboratively with your team
Self-motivated and flexible approach to work
Keen problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
Nice to have:
Mandarin speaker greatly preferred, though not essential
