By joining this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate offer creation, supporting smooth collaboration across departments. You’ll proactively resolve system issues and provide valuable insights through detailed reporting, directly contributing to the success and growth of our sales operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and submit accurate sales offers for all sales teams and product/service lines
  • Support coordination among Sales, Legal, Finance, and Treasury departments to ensure smooth tender participation
  • Proactively monitor and resolve malfunctions in sales and tendering systems (Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce)
  • Document and record specifications for new system implementations based on business needs
  • Follow up on offers and prepare detailed reports on offer status and results
  • Provide timely support and guidance to Sales Representatives regarding offer procedures and queries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Economics or Business Administration
  • 1+ year of experience in Sales operations or offer management
  • Strong Sales Performance and Data Analysis skills
  • Expertise in Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Proven Relationship Building and Management abilities
  • Proficiency in Sales Analytics, Excel, and Forecasting Tools
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and continuously learn in a fast-paced environment
