As an Observability Consultant at Inetum, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve operational excellence and digital resilience through advanced observability practices. You will work with the Dynatrace platform to design, implement, and optimize strategies that go beyond traditional monitoring.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, translating these into effective observability solutions
  • Design and implement observability strategies using Dynatrace, with a strong focus on Application Performance Management (APM) and End User Experience
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and end-user experience, identifying areas for improvement
  • Conduct root cause analysis for complex issues and recommend solutions for mitigation and prevention
  • Work in multi-stakeholder environments, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed about progress and outcomes
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of proven experience in observability, specifically with Dynatrace in APM and End User Experience domains
  • Solid understanding of cloud environments
  • Ability to work in complex settings and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Passion for end-user experience, system performance, and data-driven insights
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical data into actionable information for clients.
