Job Description:

As a 1:1 Early Years Practitioner, you'll provide dedicated support to individual children who need a more tailored approach to their nursery journey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide tailored support to help your assigned child participate fully in nursery life
  • Develop a trusting relationship that helps your child feel secure and confident
  • Adapt activities to meet your child's specific needs and learning style
  • Ensure every interaction nurtures curiosity and empowers children to embrace their individuality
  • Work closely with parents to ensure consistency between home and nursery
  • Uphold safeguarding requirements and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment

Requirements:

  • minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 2 also considered)
  • experience working with children aged 6 months to 4 years
  • understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
  • patience, empathy, and the ability to provide consistent support
