Job Responsibility:
Provide support for Nuclear Service team members completing security clearance applications, including reviewing submissions for accuracy and completeness prior to final submission.
Maintain an up‑to‑date tracking matrix of site training credentials and communicate upcoming requalification requirements to team members. Coordinate with customer teams to schedule required training courses for ATS personnel.
Develop and maintain site shift schedules for ATS staff at nuclear customer sites.
Respond to vacation requests and unplanned absences, assist with coordinating backup resources and updating schedules accordingly
Attend customer scheduling and resourcing meetings to perform forward-looking schedule reviews, communicate results to ATS leadership for support in meeting new staffing requests and improving resource capacity for critical periods
Review of weather forecasts, planning and communication with site teams to ensure minimum compliment of staff can remain onsite during weather events.
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for new Nuclear Service team members traveling to nuclear sites.
Maintain internal and customer forecast files to reflect financial accuracy and keep projects aligned with budget expectations.
Support preparation of monthly invoicing files.
Prepare and update presentations, reports, and spreadsheets as required.
Support Project teams in the preparation and launch of new projects, including arranging meetings and initiating SharePoint project sites.
Assist Project teams with project‑related documentation, ensuring alignment with departmental processes and procedures.
Support Spare Parts project execution, including coordinating the shipping and receiving of parts and organizing part kits.
Other project execution needs as required.
Maintain, execute, and enhance existing training procedures, ensuring they support production schedules while meeting all training requirements.
Schedule training classes based on equipment availability and customer needs.
Assist in the development and refinement of technical curriculum.
Support training programs for ATS customers covering equipment installation, programming, safety, maintenance, and repair of custom machinery and equipment.
Collaborate with management, internal ATS resources, and customers to define and align training objectives.
Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
Work in compliance with divisional health, safety and environmental procedures.
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Logistics or equivalent experience.
1-3 years experience in business administration or coordination role
Strong skills in Office 365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills are essential
Ability to work collaboratively with a team but effectively work independently.
Experience managing multiple tasks and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and operate with considerable independence.
It is critical that this individual be resourceful, adapt when required, shift priorities and seek solutions when faced with ambiguity.
