Job Description:

My client are an international law firm who are looking to add a non-contentious construction lawyer to their construction and infrastructure team in London, you will have the opportunity to work on international projects alongside the firm's offices in other jurisdictions. They are looking for someone around the 3-7 PQE mark.

Job Responsibility:

  • work on international projects alongside the firm's offices in other jurisdictions
  • act for both national and international clients including developers, contractors, project owners

Requirements:

  • 2-4 PQE
  • experience working on a broad range of transaction construction matters
  • experience acting for both national and international clients including developers, contractors, project owners
  • mix of real estate, energy (clean/renewable) and infrastructure project experience
  • well versed in using both the JCT and NEC standard contracts (FIDIC desirable)
  • mix of contentious and non-contentious experience desirable

Nice to have:

  • mix of contentious and non-contentious experience
  • FIDIC standard contracts experience
