Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled NOC Network Technician to join our team! If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving technical challenges, and want to be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration — this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor and troubleshoot Cisco routers in a production environment
handle tickets and emails related to diagnostics, configurations, and WAN network implementations
deploy Cisco routers and ensure proper integration into the infrastructure
answer calls and provide technical assistance to clients
work with technologies such as TCP/IP, IPv4, BGP, VRF, VLANs, Flex VPN, WAN, LAN, FTP, AAA, TFTP, IPSEC
support the migration to an SD-WAN network, contributing with relevant experience or certifications

Requirements:

Over 3 years of experience in technical networking roles, preferably in a NOC environment
solid knowledge of routing, WAN/LAN networks, and Cisco equipment
familiarity with network protocols and tools
SD-WAN certifications or training are a plus
strong communication skills and team spirit
proactive, autonomous, and able to handle pressure
availability to work in rotating shifts (7h30-15h30
15h30-23h30
23h30-7h30)
