Job Description:

Serves as the property Manager on Duty, overseeing all property operations during the overnight shift to provide the highest levels of service and hospitality while resolving guest or property-related issues.

Job Responsibility:

Monitors and ensures compliance with all guidelines to operations
ensures employees are properly uniformed and groomed
ensures employees work in a safe environment
manages period-end inventories
reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports
assists in resolving guest issues
manages employee hours
promotes participation in property safety-related programs
promotes teamwork and employee morale
assists supervisors in handling employee performance issues
ensures employees have complete knowledge of emergency procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
