Job Description:

Temporary Night Concierge position at a high-end residential development in Wolverhampton. We're seeking a professional and reliable Night Concierge to join our client's team. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service and maintaining a secure, welcoming environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and guests
Monitor CCTV and conduct regular site patrols
Manage deliveries and access control
Respond calmly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in concierge, security, or front-of-house roles
Smart appearance and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently during night hours
