Job Description:

Night Auditor position at W Seattle hotel responsible for financial accuracy, cash handling, record maintenance, report preparation, revenue auditing, and providing excellent guest service while maintaining security and safety standards.

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to policy
Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records
Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports
Audit and reconcile all revenue postings
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
