Job Description:

The Night Auditor role at Yeouido Park Centre Seoul - Marriott Executive Apartments involves ensuring a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out, delivering quality guest services, and maintaining operational and professional standards. It is a physically active role requiring high standards of professionalism and service. Marriott provides an inclusive and diverse work environment with equal opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles
transport luggage to and from guest rooms or designated areas
ensure guest transactions are memorable and unique.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to create a safe work place
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
protecting company assets
upholding quality standards
professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
ability to move up to 100 pounds with assistance
ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
other reasonable duties as requested.
