Night Auditor

• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and late check-out requests
• Secure payments, issue/reissue room keys, and verify billing accuracy
• Run nightly audits, prepare reports, and complete system backups
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to maintain service standards
• Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and ensure financial accuracy
• Maintain safety and security of guests and hotel assets during the night

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hospitality experience a plus, but not required
