As a NextGen Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing NextGen applications to cater to healthcare practice needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Tailor NextGen solutions in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
  • Lead the process of system upgrades, patches, and testing for the NextGen platform
  • Provide user training and consistent support to maximize platform utilization
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA, HITECH, etc
