Job Description:

As a New Business Sales Development Representative, you will be integral to identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and managing key client relationships. You will work alongside a senior sales team, using your communication and strategic sales skills to build a robust pipeline of leads, close new business, and ensure client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation across various channels (e.g., email, phone, LinkedIn, Engage)
  • Conduct research and identify potential clients within specific industries and target markets
  • Provide qualified leads and schedule initial meetings for sales representatives
  • Observe seller for personal development and to stay informed on product/service offerings and industry trends
  • Leverage CRM systems to track and manage lead information, activities, and progress

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in new business sales or lead generation within the marketing and public relations industry (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter comfortable in a startup environment with strong execution skills
  • Adaptable problem-solver with a flexible approach to goals
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ambitious, driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and results-oriented approach
