Job Description:

My client is well established, legal 500 law firm in Central London and currently on the lookout for a New Build Paralegal to join their residential property team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling a caseload of new build purchases from instruction to completion
  • Reviewing contracts, conducting searches, and reporting to clients
  • Liaising with developers, lenders, clients, and third parties
  • Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate file records
  • Supporting solicitors with more complex transactions when needed

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing, ideally with new build exposure
  • Solid understanding of the conveyancing process and SDLT/Land Registry requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
  • Strong communication and client care abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
