Job Description:

As a Networking QA Intern, you'll support our Quality Assurance team in validating next-generation networking products and cloud-managed solutions. This internship offers hands-on experience in testing, automation, and troubleshooting, while learning from experienced engineers.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with test execution: Help run manual and automated tests for networking features and APIs
API validation: Support basic checks for REST, gNMI, and YANG/OpenConfig APIs
Automation support: Contribute to scripts or test cases and Continuous Integration Testing (CIT) workflows
Issue reproduction: Help reproduce and document defects under guidance from senior engineers
Lab setup: Assist in configuring small-scale labs and performing basic traffic or packet capture tasks

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field
Programming knowledge (Python, Bash, or similar)
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, switching/routing)
Exposure to Linux environments
Interest in APIs (REST, gNMI, YANG) and automation concepts
Awareness of QA principles and agile methodologies
Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:

Academic projects or labs in networking or programming
Curiosity about using AI tools like Copilot to assist in technical tasks
