The Network Project Manager at NTT DATA will oversee a large-scale network and security transformation program, focusing on Zscaler and Zero Trust architectures. We are seeking an India-based Network Project Manager (PM) to lead and coordinate a large-scale network and security transformation program. The PM will drive migrations to a unified Zscaler-based access model, modernize remote access, and reduce legacy tooling while ensuring minimal disruption to end users.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the migration from Proofpoint DLP to Zscaler’s single-agent architecture
Manage the transition of all end-user network access to a single unified platform
Drive consolidation efforts to reduce the number of environments managing outbound internet access
Oversee migration away from legacy VPN and remote access tools
Coordinate implementation of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) with: Granular, user-based access controls
No direct connectivity between users and applications
Ensure deep traffic inspection by enabling: TLS/SSL decryption
Inline DLP, CASB, and threat protection capabilities
Work closely with: Network & Security Architects
Engineering, Security, and Operations teams
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery timelines
Act as the primary PM point of contact for this transformation initiative
Requirements:
5+ years of strong experience as a Network or Security Project Manager
1 to 3 years of hands-on exposure to Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA) or similar SSE / SASE platforms
1 to 3 years of solid understanding of: DLP, CASB, Secure Web Gateways
VPN and ZTNA architectures
SSL decryption and traffic inspection
Proven ability to manage global stakeholders across time zones
Excellent communication, planning, and risk management skills
