As a Network Engineering apprentice at VodafoneThree, you will solve real‑world technical challenges that enhance our network performance and support critical services, contributing to the future of our next‑gen network.

Job Responsibility:

  • Learn how a large‑scale telecom network operates, how digital services are designed, and how technology is delivered safely, securely and effectively into production
  • Support the design, build, testing and improvement of network and technology solutions, working across architecture, engineering, operations and delivery teams
  • Gain exposure to cutting‑edge cloud, automation and data platforms, while developing core skills in networking, performance, resilience and security
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers, architects, partners and stakeholders, contributing to real projects, change activities and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Study toward a Level 6 Digital & Technology Solutions apprenticeship and graduate with a Bachelor’s degree

Requirements:

  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above
  • Must hold one of the following by September 2026: A‑Levels, a Level 3 apprenticeship in a related subject, or an equivalent Level 3 qualification
  • Must meet UK Government apprenticeship levy funding eligibility requirements

  • Diagnose and repair issues across engines, gearboxes, axles, body systems and high-voltage equipment

  • Be the technical authority for fault investigations, root cause analysis and system performance
