Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Actively contributes to HC/CEE Datacenter services delivering network pre-product
Identifies interdependencies of global IT services with own product and mitigates associated risks
Actively contributes to the operating risk management of the respective product
Acts as an advisory in technical aspects of 3rd party contracts and service management
Keep asset inventory in E1/E2 strategic datacenters up to date
Ensure efficient hardware and software maintenance from 3rd party Vendors
Ensure regular software upgrade for network devices according to pre-agreed annual maintenance calendar

Requirements:

A college or university degree in relevant subjects
At least 1-3 years of experience in telecom / IT industry, in the same position, in multinational environment
High level communication skills with advanced English
Proactive approach is expected
Deal with problems independently
Collaboratively work with other engineers in the team to identify and resolve design, implementation and operational issues and incidents
Basic understanding and experience of an ITIL based delivery model
Industrial certifications in appropriate topics (Cisco CCNP accredited)
Experience in automation, at least in one scripting language (Bash / Perl / Python / Ansible)
