Job Description:

Are you passionate about designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network infrastructures? Do you excel in working with Cisco technologies and thrive in environments requiring expertise in advanced routing protocols like BGP and OSPF? We are actively seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll contribute to maintaining secure and efficient network operations, ensuring optimal connectivity and system performance.

Job Responsibility:

Design, implement, and support enterprise-grade network solutions using Cisco technologies
Manage and optimize routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and their configurations
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and reliability
Configure, maintain, and secure complex Cisco network infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical solutions and meet organizational objectives
Perform regular network upgrades, updates, and patching to address vulnerabilities and improve performance
Develop and maintain documentation for all network configurations and processes
Identify opportunities for network automation and contribute to process enhancements

Requirements:

Current Cisco certifications such as CCNA and CCNP are required
Proven experience with Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies
In-depth knowledge of BGP and OSPF
ability to configure and troubleshoot complex routing environments
Strong understanding of network architecture, including LAN, WAN, and cloud integration
Ability to identify and resolve complex network performance and connectivity issues
[Insert number, e.g., 3-5 years] of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer working with Cisco environments
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in high-pressure environments

Nice to have:

Cisco CCIE certification or equivalent advanced networking credentials
Familiarity with network security best practices and tools
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ansible) for network automation
Exposure to cloud networking technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
