Job Description:

The Area Manager Road Side Assistance supports the Network Management structure within the Operation area and RSA & Mobility Lob, focusing on the search, selection, and development of providers. This role is pivotal in identifying and establishing the necessary network to deliver roadside assistance services. The Area Manager collaborates with other business functions to analyze and achieve the objectives of the business line.

Job Responsibility:

Manage relationships with contracted companies & workshops
Develop a robust network of roadside assistance providers
Conduct market research to identify potential providers
Negotiate complex contracts
Ensure high-performance standards are maintained
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align network capabilities with business goals
Analyze data using advanced Excel functions to improve network efficiency and effectiveness
Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

Degree in Economics or a related field
Experience in managing contracted workshops and roadside assistance networks
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in managing complex negotiations
Strong analytical skills, particularly in using MS Excel for advanced calculations and statistical analysis
Proficiency in English
Service-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

Experience in the insurance or roadside assistance industry
Familiarity with network management systems and databases
