Job Description:

Contract-to-long-term position for a Network Administrator to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee, offering opportunity to transition into ongoing role based on performance. The ideal candidate will excel in providing IT support, managing network infrastructure, and leveraging Microsoft technologies to ensure seamless operations.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional IT support to over 100 users across multiple office locations
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup and device configuration
Administer and maintain Microsoft Suite, on-premises Active Directory, Intune, and Autopilot
Monitor and manage network infrastructure including switches and firewalls
Troubleshoot network-related issues and apply patches
Collaborate with leadership to align technology strategies with organizational goals
Configure and manage HP switches and SonicWall firewalls
Conduct regular assessments and updates to maintain reliable and secure IT environment

Requirements:

Expertise in Microsoft Suite and on-prem Active Directory
Hands-on experience with Intune and Autopilot for device management
Strong customer service skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Proven track record of supporting 100+ users across multiple locations
Experience with user provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding processes
2-4 years of relevant experience in network administration or similar role
Familiarity with HP switches and SonicWall firewalls
Solid understanding of LAN, Cisco routers, and firewall technologies

Nice to have:

Familiarity with HP switches and SonicWall firewalls
