Job Responsibility:

  • Understand business processes thoroughly
  • Gather and analyze requirements
  • Document requirements, business processes, and solution designs (e.g., BRD/SRS/FDD), along with user manuals, unit test plans, and test cases
  • Conduct various types of testing and follow up with clients and support teams for issue resolution and updates
  • Interact with key end users to map business processes in NetSuite and perform gap analysis
  • Prepare Technical Design Documents
  • Write code adhering to coding standards, perform unit testing, and document testing instructions
  • Troubleshoot and debug

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Understanding of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory Management, and Basic Accounting
  • Hands-on experience in workflows, SuiteBuilder (custom fields, forms, records, sourcing & validations, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Saved Searches, Custom Reports, CSV Imports, and Dashboards
  • Experience with SuiteScripts
  • Completed at least 1 integration
