Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer/Administrator who can support, maintain, and enhance our NetSuite environment. This role will be responsible for managing users, optimizing system configurations, building custom reports, and supporting integrations across business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SuiteScript, saved searches, and middleware tools, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage user roles, permissions, access levels, and overall account governance
  • Create, maintain, and optimize saved searches, workflows, dashboards, and custom reports
  • Develop and maintain SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x) scripts for automation, customization, and process improvements
  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency
  • Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using APIs or middleware platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.) to understand requirements and build solutions
  • Oversee system configurations, updates, and release management
  • Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with internal policies

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Developer, or Engineer
  • Strong proficiency in SuiteScript, including SuiteScript 2.x
  • Experience with user management, roles, and permissions in NetSuite
  • Solid knowledge in building and maintaining saved searches and custom reports
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft)
