Job Description:

The Native AI Enterprise Architect Director at NTT DATA will be instrumental in expanding the company's footprint in North America by leading the growth of Custom Application offerings. This role demands a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in consulting or IT services, particularly in application architecture and cloud migration. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred. The compensation range for this remote position is between $139,000 and $230,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Collaborate with other leaders in the practice to bring subject matter expertise to their clients

Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ experience in consulting or IT services industry sales
  • 8+ years’ experience negotiating, shaping, and closing large deals in the professional services space
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Custom Application Development, Application Architecture, Cloud Migration & Legacy Modernization
  • 10+ years of cross-industry experience with a strong understanding of technology or operations landscape
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
  • Proven experience leading large, complex, strategic sales opportunities
  • Ability to engage and build relations with senior leadership at Fortune 500 organizations
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to oversee and inspire multiple teams
  • Attributes include strategic thinking, teamwork, ability to influence, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high level of professionalism and strong attention to detail
  • Must have an expanded breadth of business experience driving deal shaping & origination
  • Ability to interact with senior leadership at a client and/or within NTT DATA
