Join our client as they expand a national prepaid and gift card program for sportsbook partners. As National Program Manager, you will own the strategy, operations, and growth of a key program that funds and engages customers across the country. This on-site role sits in Midtown Manhattan and places you at the heart of cross-functional collaboration, reporting to leadership, and direct interaction with retail partners and vendors. You will translate data into action, drive expansion into new channels, and ensure the program delivers predictable, revenue-driving results. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a national prepaid and gift card program
  • Own relationships with retail vendors, distributors, and fulfillment partners
  • Monitor inventory, replenishment, and availability through reporting and partner coordination
  • Analyze sales, redemption, and inventory data to identify growth opportunities
  • Resolve reporting gaps, refill issues, and operational blockers with vendors
  • Support onboarding of new sportsbook operator programs and retail expansion
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing prepaid, gift card, or stored-value card programs
  • Experience working with national retail partners or vendor-managed programs
  • Strong operational, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple partners and priorities
