Job Description:

A hands on, professional family in North Bondi, NSW are seeking a loving, organised, and professional nanny to join their home and become part of the children’s (Aged 6 and 3yrs) daily rhythm. This is a long-term role where you’ll be deeply involved in the children’s learning, development, and wellbeing—someone who feels like family, but also runs a tight ship! This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, and includes school pick-ups, toddler activities, educational support, and household help related to the children.

Job Responsibility:

  • Daily care for youngest (playgroups, community activities, ballet, Tae Kwon Do, nap time)
  • Pick up the eldest child from school and drive to activities (swimming, gymnastics)
  • Meet with tutors at home (math and language)
  • Prepare nutritious vegan and gluten-free meals/snacks
  • Laundry for children, groceries, light household help
  • Clear up after meals, manage dishwasher, let cleaners in

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a nanny and or working in child care
  • Childcare qualifications
  • Have a current first aid certificate
  • Have a current Working With Children’s Check
  • Must be able to swim (for safety supervision)
  • Display strong communication skills and speaks English fluently
  • Non smoking
  • Full drivers license and clean driving record

Nice to have:

Other languages (esp. German, Arabic, or Chinese) a plus
