Job Responsibility

Active acquisition of new customers in the Ocean, Air and Rail segments for the German market
Gradual development of an individual customer portfolio with a strong focus on new business
Use of leads from Sales Lists, CRM and market sources to support targeted sales activities
Identification of customer needs and preparation of tailored logistics solutions (ocean, air, rail)
Conducting business negotiations and preparing commercial offers
Management and development of the Individual Customer Portfolio (ICP)
Registration and processing of customer requests in CRM / OTM systems
Preparation and maintenance of contracts and payment terms
Close cooperation with operational teams, KAMs and other Sales Specialists
Monitoring of customer satisfaction, KPIs and portfolio performance
