Job Responsibility:

  • To ensure both MNM’s and client needs are met & must ensure all of MNM’s and client policies and procedures are met
  • Carry out tasks issued by the office and reporting back when issues arise

Requirements:

  • Experience in carpentry, plastering, plumbing, flooring, tiling etc.
  • Experience in working for social housing sector would be an advantage
  • Good attitude, punctuality, good communication skills
  • Own tools required
  • Driving licence required (manual)
  • Eligibility to work in UK required
