We’re looking for a skilled Multi Trade Carpenter to join our Response team, based in the Reading area, carrying out reactive repairs, deliver high quality work in a fast paced, target driven environment. Job Responsibility:

  • Complete second fix tasks in occupied residential properties, predominantly in joinery, including basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and painting
  • Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively
  • Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, with occasional planned refurbishment in void properties
  • Emergency call out on a rota basis

Requirements:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in domestic or social housing environments (desirable, not essential)

  • Genuine passion for improving people’s homes
