Airswift is searching for a Multi-Skilled Operator to work on a year long contract near Loving, NM. Work Schedule: 8/6 Rotation

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate and monitor well operations including gas lift wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression, and pipeline systems
  • Perform control board operations and minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment
  • Support other operators and craft personnel with daily tasks
  • Conduct routine maintenance activities: take readings, perform rounds, issue work permits, follow procedures, initiate work requests, and write procedures
  • Monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production
  • Optimize chemical pump rates using production data (e.g., corrosion, paraffin, soap injection)
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for data collection and analysis
  • Track compression test data and conduct fluid level measurements using echo meter

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate-level technical and functional knowledge
  • Familiarity with departmental systems, terminology, and procedures
  • Ability to perform routine tasks and solve basic problems
  • Capable of making informed decisions independently
  • High School diploma/ GED equivalent required
